These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ORVAN website and your purchase of products from us.

We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, images and colours accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batches.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s use or quality will not necessarily constitute a defect.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before the order is submitted.

Where payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.
Transactions may be subject to fraud-prevention and identity-verification checks by payment providers.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe and, unless otherwise agreed, within the period required by applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for supplying a complete and correct delivery address.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
- Must be used within the specified period;
- Cannot normally be exchanged for cash;

- May be withdrawn where misuse, fraud or a technical error occurs.
